Select your favorite charm design on the product page, click “Add To Cart,” and follow the easy steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your charms and notify you once they’re on their way!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for transit.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.
Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping system. If your tracking number isn’t working after a few days, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please contact us for support.
