About Late Deliveries

While our shipping partners strive to deliver packages on time, occasional delays may occur. Kesamoss.com cannot be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen or uncontrollable events, such as:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your order all the way to your doorstep! Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is not available, it means the carrier has not processed your package yet. Once the package is scanned, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?

We offer a variety of products that may not be stocked in-house. When ordering multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. It is normal to receive one item before the others. Rest assured, the remaining items are on their way.

Why haven’t I received any order confirmation details?

This often happens if an incorrect email was entered. Throughout the process, we send several emails, including order confirmation, fulfillment notice, and shipping notice. If you believe you entered your email incorrectly, please contact us, and we will update it for you.

Can orders be delivered to multiple addresses?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to APO addresses are processed via DHL Global Mail, then handed over to USPS for final delivery through the military mail system. Shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days to arrive. Unfortunately, once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases for security reasons, and we cannot provide further tracking information.
